I am an American student, and I have been living in Siena since January. I have traveled within Italy a good deal since I have been here, so I know the bus and train systems, and I know the language pretty well. I am trying to figure out some way to stay over here for the summer. I have a 1 week tour planned out the starts in Rome, visits Assisi, Orvieto, and Siena, and ends in Florence. If I can get a small group of people that are interested together, I will give you a price that includes everything (flights, buses, food, hotel, and museum prices) and is probably significantly cheaper than other tour companies.

I will be in Rome in August for two weeks. I would'nt mind a a week your of the cities you mentioned. what kind of prices are you offering.
