Hello Mary,
My husband and I stayed at sandals Grande December 21-28, 2003.
Our room was the swim up lagoon suite. We highly recommend it. Beautiful view. Yes the water is a bit chilly but worth it. You do have space to sun bath or you can swim 5 feet to the inner island for lounge chairs. The pools were never crowded you have them all to yourselves!!!! Everybody tends to go to the main pool. The room had a lot of space with a full bar (water, soda, bear, juice, vodka, wisky, brandy, rum, red and white wine). If you run out of any of the drinks they will be refilled quickly with a phone call to concierge.
The resort forfilled our every wish.
Please say hi to Jay and sergin (the playmakers) Our names are Julie and Steve, tell them we stayed at christmas time and they will remember us. |

Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me if they stayed in a honeymoon lagoon suite if they were allowed to swim late at night or if the pool had hours of use that had to be followed? Thanks and any other info you can offer on the swim up lagoon suites is appreciated. |

A pool right off the deck and you think they'll tell you you can't swim late at night?
I really don't know, but I'm thinkin skinny dippin on my anniversary, but only if it's kinda dark.... not a great visual. |
