Beware, they have no concern for travelers. I booked an cruise to the Orient with them. When the flight itinerary arrived, they had me leaving at 6AM to spend 5 hours sitting in Chicago. The airline had other flights with much better connections to Chicago. The route from Chicago to Thailand was through Tokyo, enen though the airline had direct flights from Chicago to Thailand. This is a long enough trip without unecessary delays. When I called the airline I found that Vantage had not paid for the tickets yet, even though I paid them several months sooner. Now I received a bill for a fuel surcharge, because the contract said I was liable for them. Upon checking with the airline, I found there was no fuel surcharge, but a 3% fare increase, which would not have applied if the tickets had been paid for. This at best is unethical and at worst criminal (sounds like Conversion to me). . Then they had a visa agency send us forms for a Chinese visa. Upon checking, I found that this was the highest priced agency, others provided the service for much less.
I do not like petty cheats and am sorry I ever got involved with Vantage. It would cost me over $600 to cancel. They trapped me. Don't let them do it to you.
