Taking an escorted trip by motorcoach. We are going to take only one piece of luggage each as requested and the bags are within dimensions requested by tour company. What about a carry on? For the motorcoach. Is there room on the motorcoach for a small backpack? (Daypack) Is there overhead storage or underneath the seat?

There is overhead storage on the tour coaches. Carry-ons can also be placed on empty seats or on the floor under your seat. No problem whatsoever.
