When you receive your documents about 2 weeks before your tour you will be given numbers to call your TD,the hotel and Globus directly.It will be fine and it is a problem they deal with all the time.If you do miss your transfer you will probably just take a cab and Globus will reimburse you the same day if the transfers are done for the day..Your TD will tell you exactly what to do when you call her cell phone number.
Globus has several transfers from the airport to the hotel thru out the day.The TD will have a list of what time and flight people will be arriving on. Don't stress,let Globus take care of everything. They are VERY good at what they do.Your job is to relax and have a great vacation.
