Did you like it? What did you NOT like about this tour??

If you haven't already done so, I would suggest you check out Insight Vacations discussion board. There was a member that did a very detailed report of his Best of Italy trip in 2002. It is lengthy, but includes links to pictures and is very informative. Especially if you have never done an escorted tour before.

My husband and I took the tour in April of 2002. It was fabulous. Be prepared for early mornings, late nights and lots of walking. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very informative. Our stay "in" Venice was unforgettable. The Isle of Capri maginificent. I would highly recommend the trip.

A group of us took that tour last August. The weather was very hot but the trip was very enjoyable and the tour director was excellent. Italy is a wonderful country to explore. There are so many things to do and see. I just got back from Italy a couple of weeks ago. This time I did the Southern Italy and Sicily tour. It was fantastic!
