In July my husband, 15 y/o son and I will taking the "Italy's Great Cities " 9 day tour with Globus. I/we have never been to Europe and would really like to know if anyone has taken this tour and if so any thing you could tell me that would be helpful. Like what to expect!! |

Globus is great. My best advice is go back through all the past message boards covering Italy and read read read. You will find the answers to most of your questions have already been asked and answered here.
And maybe others will chime in with some more good advice. Good Luck and Good Traveling. You dont have to worry about a thing. Globus will take care of every little detail for you. They are real pros. And very very organized. |

We did the Globus "Best of Italy" tour in October, 2005 and it was outstanding. We were disappointed in Piza though. It is really a tourist trap. Also, be aware of the pickpockets in public places. The tour director will remind you daily to stay alert. _________________ Cheers
