I am considering taking my two teenagers (both 16) on the Globus Thames to Tiber tour at the end of July. The extra time in the cities appeals to me as this would be our first escorted tour. Anywhere we travel has been idependant or a cruise. Anyone taken teens on this tour? Also how hot did you find it in late july/early august?

I have bad knees and so can only do limited walking (say 30 minutes without a sitdown). . Would I be able to manage the tours?

Any insight anyone could give me would be appreciated.
