Our Tour Director Michelle was great, she was very very knowledgeable and made Italy come alive. What a destination, especially Sicily, do not miss a tour including Sicily, it is just beautiful! The hotels were nice and all were very clean. The itinerary is very strenuous but includes all the important sites. There are many extra touches like the wireless headphones to make the trip more enjoyable. We had a group of 8 from Atlanta that traveled together and all truly enjoyed this tour.
I had tried to plan a similar trip and there was no way that we could have stayed in this class of hotels, traveled on the fabulous Globus Mercedes Coach, and received this caliber of service for the price we paid.
