My wife and I are planning to take the Italian Mosaic trip in May and are trying to decide whether or not to add the Sorrento extension.

Jerry, Sorrento is definitely worth spending some time in. After all, when will you be back to Italy and in addition, the airfare costs the same so don't scrimp.

From Sorrento you can take the SITA public bus to the Amalfi Coast and back, or the Ferry to the Islands. It is a great location. Check out the web sites to see what is available to do during your time there. You won't be disappointed.

We are certainly going to return to Sorento and Capri.
