Did anyone go on SMARTOURS, to Australia, New Zealand ?

Well.. ..this reply is 3 years late but I just want to give some feedback for others that are looking for the same answer.
I took this tour in November 2008, overall it was a nice trip.
Since it's a 20 days trip, there are some days that you're free to do things on your own. I remember having lots of free time.. ..much more than any other tours I took.
I would recommend Smartours for your trip to New Zealand & Australia. The coach is comfortable, tour director Alex is really helpful and friendly.
