We will be traveling in the beginning of April 2004 on Globus 10 day Europe Sampler. We are a family of four and would like to hear from anyone who may have taken this tour.

How were the optional tours and what were the hotels like? How were the included breakfasts and how much delay does crossing borders cause? How good was the 1/2 day Paris tour?

We are planning on the same tour in the first week on June. I took each of the hotel names and searched from google and they all look pretty good. But you still can't tell for sure. As a business traveler you learn quickly that the the pictures on the web may not be a very close representation of what you are getting. Best of luck to you! (and me!)

I stayed at 2 of the same hotels on my Globus trip last year. The Novotel London is located in Hammersmith. The hotel is very nice. It has a Globus tour desk for check in purposes. The Hammersmith tube stop is a short walking distance and is located in an underground mall. Breakfast was good, and the sandwiches in the bar were good also! ( they give you a 2 for 1 coupon when you check in)

We also stayed at the Jolly Carlton in Amsterdam. It was very nicely located and a nice room also. We took a few nice evening walks after dinner.
