I attempting to logon under my original username, my password had to be reset. I never received any emails to my email address during the reset process. So I had to register using a completely different username and email address and password.If a Moderator or Administrator reads this I would appreciate some guidance on what to do the next time it happens. Also, how does one get HELP? Thank You.

We had some problems with hackers breaking in and causing problems on the database. Last week I had to recover the database from a backup. Unofortunately, some of the data was lost.
