Im travelling to Europe with Cosmos with my gf and family in July from Australia.

Doing the 13 days european highlights tour - Going to Amsterdam, Rome, Florence, Lucerne, Rhineland, Pisa, Paris . ..etc

ive read some forums but i wanted to know some other info, if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

1) How much money should i be taking? I was thinking of approx $5000AUD spending money which will include 2 months in europe and mauritius.

2) Do you have time to shop on the tour and is there any good places to shop in Italy/France? Im after more fake designer handbags and similar to bring back home.

3) In Amsterdam, did anyone on their tour go to the red light district or coffee shops?

4) When the tour says stopping in eg: Pisa, how long do you have there?

5) Is there anything i should be bringing along that isnt available? eg: sunscreen? tea towels, bed sheets? (how clean were the rooms?)

6) Basically, im after shopping, any ideas on shopping on tour and free time? do you get much of that to do what you want?

Any other information would be great.

There will be 5 of us travelling and 3 of us are 21-25.
