I've look all over this message board for advice or feedback on tours of Switzerland but haven't seen the first one. Has anyone got some recommendations for that country?

I'm just starting out.. ..never been across the Atlantic before so since we love mountains we agreed on the most picturesque peaks in the world.

We read about alot of extra tour add-ons, is this very similar to how cruise ships do it? What is a normal price range for an added excursion? What tour companies gouge you, which have best accomodations, food prices in Europe? WE'RE ALL EARS
