Being a first time traveller, I would REALLY appreciate some feedback, both on the order of visits to different countries and the most appropriate kind of transport, for my Europe itinerary.. .. .

Arrive in London
London to Bath for a night
London city or Manchester for 2 nights
Topdeck Tour for 2 weeks
Fly to Barcelona and visit the city and southern France
Fly to Berlin, most likely from Barcelona
Travel to Munich to see a concentration camp
Travel (how?) to Budapest
Travel (how?) to Athens and spend 2 days sightseeing
Travel to Santorini and spend 2-3 days relaxing
Back to Athens and fly home to Australia
