this hotel while all inclusive is really just for families. if your looking for a beach there forget it. all rocks and dirty. you have to travel to get to the decent beaches.. .. .. .. .

the food was ok. at night they had shows with audience participating
but parents brought babies and children underage in and this was not the atmosphere for them and no one from management kicked them out. when they say you have a jacuzzi in your room it takes up the whole room -meaning you have a very small room and i doubt your gonna spend your days in the jacuzzi. the adjoining bathroom where the sinks are for getting dressed has no door. your toilet is the only privacy.

wait staff is excellent, atmosphere is good. but for the money i dont believe it is worth it.. .. .. .. .. .. .

I use apple vacations, funjet vacations, or worry free vacations. all are accessable by the travel agent or run the words together and add com to get to their website. the pool at moon palace is great but as stated earlier, the beach is poor. palace resorts has many hotels in cancun. go to one of those and you wont be disappointed. they are also closer to the airport and the excursions that you have included in your package.

Read this before booking the Moon Palace Hotel - review

Postby kath » Sun Mar 12, 2006 11:51 am

My husband and I visited the Moon Palace first in September 2003 and then again in August 2005, when we actually got married, taking 11 family and friends with us.

The fact that we returned to this hotel speaks for itself, it is fantastic.

The hotel, amenities, restaurants, weather, swimming pools, wedding was just amazing, and exactly like what you see in all the pictures and brochures.

I have written a 35 page report on my experiences at the hotel, which includes what happens on your wedding day, hotel guide, recommended trips etc. More information than you will ever find on the internet in one place.

You can purchase this report for a very small admin fee on Ebay - search under 'Moon Palace Report' You will not be disappointed.

I spend hours and hours researching the Moon Palace on the internet before I booked my holiday, and some of the negative comments regarding the seaweed on the beach etc did slightly put me off.

But trust me, the positives far outweigh the negatives, get that ticket booked and get yourself off today . .. .. . you'll love it !!

Enjoy.
