Re: Ireland Vacation Packages
I have the strange idea to go to Ireland, the Dublin area, with my 8 year old daughter over February vacation. I know that the weather will not be good. But I wonder how bad it will be. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a VERY low cost company that sells air, car, and B&B accomodation packages? Thanks.
irishabroad.com
aer lingus.co
dublinpass.com
try also the yahoo.com web for ireland vacations.

i am attempting to screw up my courage to go myself, being a fourth generation californian ( yes WE DO EXIST  ) with dirt tween my feet . .

i would certainly check your travel agencies as well. for me so far i am noticing that there is a lot to offer and using the BnB ought to be pretty good , if you venture out of dublin. i for one expect to be a fraidy cat and stay around dublin , using the dublin pass for the first time. i am trying to get those who have gone before to guide me as i will be a solo traveller for the first time in my midlife. be sure to notice the weather , always wet, and very dark that time of year ( 3 hours of sun seems like a lot of darkness during the day but i have queried irish people on their personal websites ( one a professor of music at the university) who says that no one really notices the dark and that no one is morose for it. also, just be sure youDONT talk about religion or politics. that much i am told roundly.

and be sure to dress in breathable, waterproof layers and be sure your boots /shoes wont let in the water. it does downpour and flood. but for sure check out the above and i hope i have the courage to follow thru witha expensive trip over the ocean in the dark.. .. . way dark.. .. .
