Not being quite sure what your asking I'll just jump in here and offer a couple of suggestions. First proper hydration is always important. This is especially so while flying as the air is often quite dry. There are many internet sites that can offer you suggestions on the required amount of water one should consume daily. Now if you are concerned about breaks while on the many long hours of coach travel I can only offer you my experiences with two Cosmos coach tours. "Comfort stops" started about an hour after we first started each day. From then on it was about once every two hours between them. The emergency wash rooms on the (Cosmos) coaches were not available on either of our tours. It seems that weight restrictions for the coaches as well as available dump sites restricted their use. Twice on our last tour people had to make "emergency" stops and the tour director and driver kindly made allowances for this. On the first stop every one piled off the coach and the tour director had to round every one up again so we could get on our way. The second time she asked that no one leave the coach except those that really needed to. I hope this helps a little.
