I took 5 crystal cruises and was thus entitled to an upgrade on cruise 6 and also an increase in shipboard credit on cruise 6.
Crystal refuses to grant either, using small print or travel agent error in denying both.
I now take my cruise business to Silverseas and found that that I am better served.
