We have a trip planned to the Northern Coast of California for 13 days starting Sept 7 (Wed.). . We will be flying in to Oakland from San Antonio and traveling North renting a car the entire time. We are having second thoughts about this in light of the recent events. Obviously the gas prices will be high, but my main concern is flight delays/cancellations.. ..I have no flexibility on dates to return home because of obligations, so no time to get stranded in some airport.. .. ..what does your crystal ball say????
