I am wondering what to pack for my 15 day tour in August. We are going to London, Brussels, Innsbruck, Rome, FLorence, Venice, French Riviera, Paris. I usually tend to overpack so what are somethings I would need to bring? Thanks for any suggestions!

I would pack very light ( layers ). . It will be very hot and humid, also.

Packing very light ( you can hand wash in the hotels ), it will allow you to have more space for souvenirs, etc.. .. .. . ( don't forget, you are allowed to 1 suitcase only). .

I will go on my 3rd tour this year and packing very light was just perfect.

Have a good trip.

I just returned from a Cosmos tour that also included London, Brussels, Innsbruck, and Paris although we didn't travel into Italy. I have heard that Italy is very humid. While we were there last week, Paris was very hot, but Brussels and London were cool and required a jacket a lot of the time. Always make sure you bring a light jacket or sweatshirt, but do pack very light. We were overweight for our airline on the way back because of postcards and a few souveniers. :P

happy traveler,

Pls let me know how was your Cosmos tour ( did anyone wait for you at the airport for the hotel transfer?). .
I'll be going very soon, Sept 3rd. It will be my first Cosmos tour, in the past I went with TT.
Are you the same one from TT BB ?

Regards,

THIN cottons that wash easily and dry quickly. Try to work within 2 or 3 solid colors that work together. NO NEW SHOES!! you'll probably walk a lot. Jeans aren't quick and easy to clean and sometimes make you look out of place. People who think travel is a fashion show are usually the ones who end up very sorry about their packing skills. Dress plainly, clean and neat thats all. Don't bring something just because you like it and can't leave it home alone all by itself. Use spacebags or zip locks that cant be rolled up to make lots of room. Not too many toiletries most places have shampoo and toothpaste and such.
