entering Canada with DUI

Hi. I got a DUI 9 years ago. I was wondering how much of a problem it will be to get into Canada. I am going to a concert in Toronto in August. In general if you are convicted of dui you are denied. I know that you can apply for rehabilitation but don't know if I can get that done before my trip. I also know that you can apply for rehabilation at the border. You pay a fee of $200 but it takes a few hours for this to process and there is a possibility that you may still be denied. I am just wondering what are the chances of not gaining admittance. From what I have read it is a pretty decent chance of admittance. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with doing this. :?: I realize this is a serious offence but I would not drive drinking anymore.
